The project brought together Polish and Ukrainian youth in an inspiring journey of cooperation, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Over the course of our activities, participants explored what it means to transform ideas into real initiatives by engaging with tools such as MVP testing, growth strategies, and service design thinking. Through non-formal education methods, they experienced teamwork, intercultural learning, and the challenges of turning abstract concepts into tangible outcomes. We organize it together with “Community of Volunteer United by Idea” from Zaporozhye - INSTAGRAM
One of the strongest results of the project was the active involvement of young people in every stage — from planning, through implementation, to evaluation. By designing workshops, pitching their ideas, and reflecting on real business cases, they not only strengthened entrepreneurial competences but also developed resilience, communication, and leadership skills. Importantly, the project fostered equal partnership between Polish and Ukrainian groups, creating a balanced exchange where both sides contributed knowledge, culture, and creativity.

The impact of the initiative reaches far beyond the exchange itself. Participants left with concrete results — prototypes of youth-led initiatives, networks for future cooperation, and new confidence in their ability to act as changemakers in their local communities. The project proved that when young people are given space to experiment, learn from mistakes, and co-create solutions, they generate results that are both innovative and meaningful. It became not only an educational experience but also a catalyst for long-term entrepreneurial spirit and cross-border solidarity.
Results of the project are the 6 business prototypes. Attached below:
